Booking 805 Haircuts takes one Instagram message. DM @blancokutzzz with the service you want, your preferred date and time, and the address where you want your cut. We reply within 2 hours during business hours, confirm your slot, and show up ready to work. Same-day appointments are often open, but booking 1-7 days ahead locks in your first-choice time.

Tell us the service (Premium Cut, Fade Special, Beard Trim, or Full Package), a couple of times that work, and the full address or neighborhood. A reference photo of the cut you want and any gate code or parking notes help us arrive on time and nail the look on the first try.
Often, yes. Same-day slots open up regularly, so DM @blancokutzzz as early in the day as you can and we'll fit you in wherever the route allows.
We recommend booking 1-7 days ahead, especially for Saturdays, evenings, and big events. Last-minute requests are welcome; advance bookings just get first pick of the calendar.

Our Services
805 Haircuts offers four core services: the Premium Cut (45 min), the Fade Special (35 min), the Beard Trim (25 min), and the Full Package (70 min). There is no travel fee within our service areas, there's no deposit, and quick add-ons like a line up or neck shave can be tacked onto any appointment. Pricing is confirmed when you book by Instagram DM.

Yes: Line Up Only (15 min), Neck Shave (10 min), and Eyebrow Grooming (5 min). Mention them in your DM and we'll build the extra time into your appointment.
A warm towel softens the hair and opens up the skin before the finish work, then relaxes you afterward. It comes with the Premium Cut and Beard Trim, and the Full Package gets it twice.
Tips are appreciated but never required. 10-20% is customary when you're happy with your cut.

When the cut is done, we clean up every hair before we leave.

BlancoKutzzz cuts every fade style (low, mid, high, skin, burst, and taper) plus executive cuts, textured crops, buzz cuts, edge ups, and classic scissor work. Every appointment starts with a quick consultation on your face shape, hair type, and lifestyle, so you walk away with a fresh cut that fits you, not just a photo. Bring a reference picture and we'll take it from there.

All of them: low, mid, high, skin (bald), burst, and taper fades, with crisp line work on every one. If you've seen it on a feed, we can cut it.
As a rule, round faces gain structure from higher fades with height on top, while longer faces look balanced with a low or mid fade and less volume. We'll read your face shape in person and fine-tune the height to match.
Show a photo, name the fade height, and tell us your clipper guard if you know it. Mention how you wear it day to day, like styled, messy, or no product, and we'll translate that into the right cut.
Yes, always. Drop two or three photos in your booking DM, ideally from the front and side, so BlancoKutzzz can plan the cut before he arrives.

Hair & Beard Care
A fresh cut lasts longer with a little upkeep. Most fades look sharpest for two to three weeks, and longer styles can go four to six. Wash with a gentle shampoo a few times a week, use the right product for your hair type, keep your scalp healthy, and protect your hair from 805 sun, salt, and surf. Beards need daily oil and a regular trim to stay clean.
Skin and low fades look crisp for about two to three weeks, while longer, scissor-cut styles can stretch to four to six. If your look depends on clean lines, book on a regular rhythm.
Keep your neckline clean, don't attempt your own lineup, and use a lightweight product that won't weigh the top down. A quick Line Up Only (15 min) between full cuts keeps the edges sharp.
Clay or paste for a matte, textured finish; pomade for shine and slick styles; light cream for curls and waves. We finish every cut with product and will tell you exactly what we used and how to apply it.
For most guys, shampoo two to four times a week and rinse or condition on the days in between. Washing daily with harsh shampoo strips natural oils and leaves hair dry and hard to style.
Start with less hot water, a gentle shampoo, and a scalp treatment for flakes. If dandruff persists, a medicated shampoo usually gets it under control. Healthy hair starts at the scalp.
Rinse with fresh water right after the ocean, wear a hat on long beach days, and use a conditioner to replace moisture that salt and sun pull out. That's how you keep a fresh cut looking healthy through an 805 summer.
Wash it a few times a week, apply beard oil daily, and brush it into shape. Book a Beard Trim (25 min) every few weeks to keep the lines and neckline clean.

Our three home bases are Santa Barbara, Oxnard, and Ventura, and we cover roughly 35 miles from each city center, including Montecito, Goleta, UCSB and Isla Vista, Carpinteria, Camarillo, Thousand Oaks, and Simi Valley. There is no travel fee within our service areas, so there's never a surprise charge.
All of the 805: Santa Barbara, Oxnard, Ventura, and the communities around them, from Carpinteria and Montecito down to Camarillo, Thousand Oaks, and Simi Valley. We come directly to your door.
All of them, including Downtown, State Street, UCSB Campus, Montecito, Goleta, Hope Ranch, Mesa, and Riviera. Downtown offices, Montecito estates, and Mesa homes are all regular stops.
Yes. We cut in Isla Vista apartments, campus-area housing, and Goleta all the time. No need to leave campus for a quality cut; we bring the barbershop to you.
Yes, including Downtown, The Collection, Channel Islands Harbor, River Ridge, Seabridge, RiverPark, and Wagon Wheel. Oxnard is one of our home bases, so openings there come up often.
Yes. From Ventura we cover Camarillo, Thousand Oaks, Westlake Village, Moorpark, Simi Valley, Newbury Park, Ojai, and Oak View. DM @blancokutzzz with your address and we'll confirm the timing.
No. There is no travel fee within our service areas. If you're farther out, DM us your location and we'll let you know what's possible.
Policies & Payment
We accept Cash, Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay, Cash App, and credit/debit cards, and payment is due at the time of service, after you've seen the cut. There's no deposit. We ask for 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule so we can open the slot to someone else. We're available Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with Sundays by appointment. Teens are welcome, and younger kids are considered case by case.

Send us a DM the moment you know. Because we schedule our route around each appointment, a heads-up lets us shift times instead of losing your slot. And if traffic ever slows us down, you'll hear from us first.
Teens, yes. We focus on men's cuts and take younger children on a case-by-case basis, so DM us their age and the cut you have in mind.
