Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Use apply to your use of 805haircuts.com and to any appointment you book with 805 Haircuts (BlancoKutzzz). By using the site or booking a service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or book a service.

About our services

805 Haircuts is a mobile barber service. We come to you at your home, office or another agreed location instead of working from a shop.

Our service area covers locations within about 35 miles of Santa Barbara, Oxnard and Ventura, California. Services described on this site are subject to availability and may change without notice.

Booking and communication

Appointments are booked only by direct message on Instagram at @blancokutzzz. An appointment is confirmed only when we reply to confirm the date, time and location. A request that we have not confirmed is not a booking.

Our usual hours are Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM; Sunday by appointment.

Your location and safety

Because we work at your location, you agree to:

• Provide a safe, reasonably lit space with a chair, plus access to a power outlet where needed
• Keep pets secured for the length of the appointment
• Arrange access in advance for gated communities, apartment buildings, campuses or military bases, including any passes or gate codes
• Understand that the barber may decline or end a service in any setting that is unsafe or inappropriate

Cancellations, rescheduling and lateness

• Cancellations and reschedules: 24 hours notice required. Please message us on Instagram as early as you can.
• Lateness: if you are not ready at the scheduled time, your service may be shortened or may need to be rescheduled.
• No-shows: repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in losing booking privileges.

Pricing and payment

• Pricing for your service is confirmed by direct message when you book.
• No deposit is required. Payment is due at the time of service.
• We accept Cash, Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay, Cash App and Credit/Debit Card.
• Gratuity is optional and appreciated (10-20% is customary).

Minors

Clients under 18 need the consent of a parent or guardian to book a service. For clients under 13, a parent or guardian must be present for the appointment.

Health and allergies

Please tell us before your appointment about any scalp conditions, skin sensitivities or allergies to products. We may decline to cut or shave over irritated, broken or infected skin. Results depend on your hair type and condition and can vary.

Photos

We may want to share photos of our work on Instagram. We only post photos of you with your consent, and you can ask us to remove a photo of you at any time.

Intellectual property

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 805 Haircuts is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our services. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under California law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 805 Haircuts from claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, that arise from your misuse of the site, your violation of these Terms, or conditions at your location that you control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Angel Reyes Consulting LLC, Subthesis, and their owners and contractors are not liable for any claim arising from the services, the business's content, or your use of or inability to use this website. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be heard exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Ventura County, California.
